Hotels.com – Staybridge suites summerville by ihg

I have no rating for this place, absolutely unhelpful and disgusting service, employees are completely rude and unhelpful. To having a booking for months and these managers/general managers cancelling my booking the day before i arrive from another country. I was in constant contact with them and have kept all emails from this hotel confirming my reservation as proof that this establishment is unreliable and disrespectful to paying customers. This hotel should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for their conduct. I will never recommend this hotel, and i will always advocate that this is a terrible place to stay. My dealings and complaints do not end here, as i'm in the process of taking this further and have all the evidence to do so.
