Hot Springs Spas review: Ace salt water system 1

I purchased Hot Spring Spa 18 months ago. I have the ACE salt water system. My ACE salt cell stopped working. I called Hot Spring Spa customer service and they told me they last about 18 mo to 2 yrs lucky 3 yrs. Also stated there is only 1 yr warranty. They told me the cell would cost $800.00 plus installation. If I knew all this information I wouldn't bought this system. They also wouldn't allow me to give my review on their web sight.
