Made appointment to have my water pump replaced quoted $700+ they called and said it was a bad heater hose and a bad clamp. Drove home still leaking. Took it back and they said it was a bad radiator cap and another bad clamp. Both of these things didn't work and it still leaks. And they changed me over $550 then they said I need a new water pump exactly what I made the appointment for. So $550 in the hole and truck is not going. Being a Disabled Veteran and health fading I did not need this.

They were suposed to fix my water pump and thermostat but didnt fix it right now I have a cracked head gasket and a locked up motor or transmission I have all proof theres too many issues to explain them all here the ultimate ending is that they LOCKED MY ENGINE OR TRANSMISSION AND REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

I got a quote for *** to have my car's power steering pump replaced at Honest 1 Auto Care. After a few hours, they called and informed me that there were *** screws, which increased the cost to ***. Frustrated, I decided to take my car elsewhere, but they still charged me *** for labor. I feel like I wasted almost *** for nothing.

If I could rate this place one star I would! I spent over 1,000 dollars for my car that ended up worse than it started. I got a diagnostic that told me only issue was the problem. I went to get it fixed and was told my breaks were also an issue. I was fear mongered into get them replaced. I'd only drove the car one day less than 10 miles and the following day, I couldn't turn the wheel! I manage to get to the shop, which I was told was shocking due the issues with the car I knew nothing about, and was told I'd need to sink in another almost 300 hundred dollars! I eventually just threw my hands up and said I'd sell my car, to try and re-coup my loss. And one of the mechanics that was supposed to fix my vehicle OFFERED TO BUY IT RIGHT IN THE FRONT LOBBY! Instead of taking advantage of a naive woman, just fix the issue at hand! I now can't drive the vehicle and am also out of all my savings. Just completely unprofessional and a sham. UPDATE: The mechanic offering to buy my car, called my personal number, aggressively told me I was wrong for my review (this review above) and then immediately sent me a text message telling me he was written up and to take down my review from their page. I'm now in fear, as I am a woman and this man has access to my personal number. I just want my money refunded fully and to feel safe.
