On July 11, I left my bike at the service center for repairs. The main issue was that the scooter would suddenly stop while riding. This problem was occurring frequently, approximately every 5 to 10 km. I clearly explained this issue to the service center staff. After two days, they called me and informed that there was a crankshaft issue-₹4,000 to replace, and a brake shoe issue-₹1,000. They also mentioned that the service charges would be ₹3,200. However, the service was completed only on July 25, and I was provided with a tax invoice totaling ₹12,881, including GST. I do not understand several charges included in the bill, such as opening and fitting, body repair, muffler coating, and coil Assyign. These charges were never explained to me in advance. I am surprised by the final bill amount, as it is significantly higher than the estimate initially provided. Please verify the bill. My contact number - [protected].
