Honda Cars India honda jazz cvt - dealer courtesy honda

I purchased this vehicle on 2/5/19 from Courtesy Honda, New Delhi but i was harrassed & cheated from day one by taking all the money & the not giving the extended warranty to me & the RTO registration etc. Post the same i started contacting the dealer & writing to Mr Rakesh Goel who is the Sr VP as well but there is no revert to my emails. In fact the dealer misbehaved with me & today when i went to get the car services from another dealer work shop i was told that this vehicle was sold on 31st Dec 2018 & the warranty starts from then, which means it was resold to me with informing me of the same - which tantamounts to cheating & fraudulent activity on the behalf of the dealer.

Honda Cars India very disappointed with service of service center

I am Pandurang Kalamkar from Pune, Maharashtra, India (Pin code- 411014). I purchased "Honda WR-V DE Exclusive Edition" car on 30th March 2019 from Viman-nagar Showroom (Opposite to Phoenix Market City, Pune).
I already raised service request to Honda India but there was irresponsible response from them about my issue. So, I'm writing this complaint to parent company Honda Japan.

Please find below mail I sent on 16th November 2019 to Honda India:

"Dear Sir,
I am Pandurang Kalamkar from Pune, Maharashtra, India (Pin code- 411014). I purchased "Honda WR-V DE Exclusive Edition" car on 30th March 2019 from Viman-nagar Showroom (Opposite to Phoenix Market City, Pune).
But, within the month from purchased date there was issue with AC Cooling system of the car & with the help of service center situated at Wagholi, Pune it was sorted out effectively. Again after completing 4000 KMs I'm having issue with the Front end Disc Brakes of the car & when I contacted regarding this with showroom and service center they replaced the discs of the car. The same issue I'm facing till now and within 8 Months from date of purchase (March'2019 - November'2019), service center have changed "Discs 2 times & Brake pads over 3 times" (2 times new brake pads & 1 time testing brake pads available at service center). But still the issue not got resolved. On an average, for every 4000 KMs I'm facing this issue & service center is just taking this issue smoothly.
Lastly on 14th December 2019 again this thing happened I hand-overed my car to the service center. Today on 16th November 2019 they said that both Disc and Brake pads that were changed last time got damaged. As General Manager of this service center is on leave they are giving me a reason that we are not able to do anything with this as GM is on leave.
As I'm business person my schedule is very busy & to go to service center for each 4000 KMs to sort this out is not feasible for me. Kindly take this issue On high priority.
I would like to give my feedback to HONDA JAPAN. So, please provide me the customer care number & mail ID for the same.

Also please find attached History card of servicing for your reference & if you look into Recommendations you see the frequency of issue. (I'm unable to upload history card over here as it is in .pdf format)
As per my opinion there is manufacturing defect in this model.

I am very much disappointed with this. As, this type of issues and delays in finding out root cause are not expected from the reputed brands like Honda.

Issue:
I'm Fed with the issue now. I want to give my feedback to parent company Honda Japan.
Today on 17th Nov 2019 I have contacted to respective service center regarding the issue and again they told as General Manager is on leave we were unable to process further regarding your issue. They told me GM will be available tomorrow but when I contacted regarding this with GM he told me that he is available by day after tomorrow. Basically I don't know why I'm getting different answers by individuals. I think they are taking this issue very easily and I'm fed with this. Very disappointed with the service.

Honda Cars India problem with brand new transmission after 1.5 years

Mr Mayur Bansal,

As per your last mail. You have put light in your so called Honda
India Game theory and your pulsating reaction about my car.

Let me refresh your memory.
1. HCIL Comments:-. You said my Vehicle is out of warranty.
Answer on this reaction: How dare you to call those statement. This
mail chain is running since year 2017 and its all about your
transmission issue whether it old or new. There were no help request
from you to talk about my condition of my vehicle. Who gaved your
rights to speak like that.

2. HCIL Comments:-
As I quote "Further, we would also like to confirm that since the
vehicle is already
out of warranty, all the work (repair or replacement) shall be carried out
on paid basis only."

Answer to this reaction:- I buyed a BRAND new transmission from you
and then again if it got any issue inside from 1st day then I have to
pay.

What sort of joke unit you are running in Delhi. My New transmission
not even drove 2000 KM and again I have to pay for your mistake. I
wonder why you were called "Siel Honda" years backs.

Your intelligence intolerance costing me a lot.

Then again you said as I quote "the desired information is
proprietary in nature and hence cannot be shared."

Are you serious on this if I shared this to Mercedes India they will
laugh about it.
Who said that it your information. You sold me your equipment to me
as "New transmission" and I am pretty much confident all your so
called "proprietary secret" is not anymore your's.

Instructed you again to share all those technical performance data
related to my 5-Speed transmission asap as I am pretty much sure I
won't pay you further for any for your kids diagnostics experiments.
One thing more I would be needing "Honda Malaysia Head Office Contact Details"
