I went to Enterprise Car Sales and I gotta say, Peter and Luis were super helpful. They really knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect car that fit all my needs. They made everything easy peasy and didn't waste any of my time. The car I got is amazing and I'm definitely gonna come back to Enterprise Car Sales in the future. Thanks, guys!

I went to Enterprise Car Sales to rent a car and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. I felt like they were judging me just because I'm young and black. They gave me a weird look and told me that they didn't have any cars available. I mean, come on, how can a car rental place not have any cars on the lot? It was especially frustrating because I was in the Boston area, near Revere Beach Parkway.

But, I will say that the cars they did have were in pretty good condition. I ended up renting from another place, but my friend rented from Enterprise and said the car was nice. So, if you can get past the weird looks and potential rejection, the cars might be worth it.

I had a really bad experience with Enterprise Car Sales. The customer service was just terrible. I don't think I'll ever rent a car from them again. The people at the Brentwood location on Wilson Pike Circle were really rude to me. I had to sign a rental agreement with the code 9SHW77. It was just a really unpleasant experience overall.

When I got the car, it was crawling with roaches! I couldn't believe it. I had to spend over $3500 to get rid of those nasty critters. It seemed like Enterprise Car Sales was more concerned with making money than helping their customers.

I believe that this kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable and can lead to losing business. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive help when I need it. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise Car Sales left me feeling like they were not on my side and did not care about my situation.

Overall, I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales to others based on my experience. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future and prioritize the needs of their customers over their own profits.

I went to Enterprise Car Sales website to find a car. I worked with a salesperson and we looked at a few cars. I finally found one that I thought was perfect. I bought it. But when I got the car, I found out that the list of features on the website was not true. They said the car had a power lift gate and heated seats, but it didn't have any of those things. They also said it was an XLE model, but it was only an LE. It didn't have a leather steering wheel or a moonroof. I thought I was getting a great deal, but I was wrong. I feel like I was ripped off. The only reason I didn't give them one star is because they have a policy where you can return the car within 7 days of purchase. I feel like they took advantage of me and cheated me.

This company, Enterprise Car Sales, is not a good place to buy a car from. They lied to the bank about my approval and were not honest with me. They treated me like I was stupid because I was a first-time buyer. They pressured me into buying a car that they wanted me to buy, not the one I wanted. They did multiple credit checks on me and gave me false information. They strung me along and were never going to give me a car. They kept lying to me, saying that the bank was concerned about my job, but when I called the bank, they said that was not true. The bank told me that Enterprise's structure was wrong and needed to be changed. Enterprise told me that my down-payment was only $1,000, but the bank said that they didn't understand because the required down payment was actually $2,000. The bank also said that the manual percentage rate needed to be updated and that the maintenance back end needed work. Basically, Enterprise needs to update their structure. They used my information to get someone else approved and did other crooked things. This is just the beginning of what I am going to do to that deceptive company who jeopardized my credit and lied to me for no reason.

I had a really bad experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I rented a car from them and they ran my credit score eight times in just 36 hours. This caused my credit score to drop by a whopping 120 points! I only found out about this when my bank alerted me to the issue and printed out my credit report to show me what had happened.

When I confronted Enterprise about this, they denied that they had run my credit score so many times. They even went so far as to tell me that my credit report was wrong! I was really frustrated and upset by their attitude, so I decided to escalate the issue to their corporate office.

Even then, Enterprise refused to take responsibility for what had happened. They claimed that they would never run someone's credit score so many times, but when I spoke to the manager at the rental location, they admitted that they had done just that. They said that they were trying to get me the best deal based on what I was looking for.

To make matters worse, Enterprise is now saying that it's not their responsibility to update the credit bureaus about the multiple credit checks. I find this argumentative and disrespectful to someone's credit score. I will never use Enterprise Car Sales again and I urge others to think twice before doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies out there with great rates and better customer service. Enterprise is not one of them.
