I been tryin' ta call this place to stop my service and get a last bill. Every time I call, they keep passin' me off. I need that bill to stop the service, but these folks ain't givin' it up!

I joined this company and they said they'd pay our old company's cancellation fee, but they haven't paid up
I joined this company and they said they'd pay our old company's cancellation fee, but they haven't paid up. We talked to ADT and they promised to help, but 3 months later we still haven't gotten any money back. They claimed they sent the check twice, but we never got it. We don't live in a remote area, so what gives? We didn't get a contract, but if we want to cancel, they make us stick to our side. They made us look bad to people and companies we know - especially since they didn't keep their word. Don't bother signing up with this company - they're not reliable.

On Sep 14, me and my partner did our security system with Mr Dustin C of Home Securty Automation Consultnats LLC. They was spose to buy out our security contract with SHS. I texed him on Oct 6 and on Oct 7, he texed me back asking me to mail the SHS final bill to him. I emailed it to him. I texed him again on Oct 21, and he said they was mailing a check on the next day. I texed again on Oct 22, and Dustin said the check was mailed that am and they gave us less money than the SHS said. On Nov 4, Dustin said that they literally finally sent him over the final and the check was going out today. On Nov 22, Dustin said they understood and they negotiated my buyout even more and sent a check out this am. I asked for a confirmation and he promised to send it. I did not get it and I texed again on Nov 30, and Dustin said that he sent the check last week. I texed several times in Dec, Jan 22 and beyond and they stopped taking my text and calls.
