Home Pride review: Installation

We had our shower remodeled two years ago by Home Pride. The shower doors were not installed properly and had to come out several times too adjust, finely Jamie said they were installed wrong and he redid the shower door. Now two years later the guide failed and doors almost came off rails. Again the guide was installed wrong and had no set screw in it. A thin amount of glue was all that was holding guide in. Had a plumber look at it and he confirmed that the guide had no set screw and no glue. We are elderly and it is our only showerthat we can get into. Home Pride said they would fix but, have not said when it will be done.
