Holiday Inn review: Front desk

We are on a motorcycle trip and last 2.5 hours of our ride was in poring rain. We were standing in the lobby dripping wet and shaking cold. They asked for the license plates. It was pouring outside. I told her they were two Harley Davidsons one black one red. But that was not acceptable. She made me go back out in the rain for the licence plate numbers. I could barely write the numbers down I was shaking so bad from the cold rain.
This is the holiday inn express on bay st. In Saulte ste Marie Ontario. I’m in my room as I write this. It was a horrible horrible interaction.
