I purchased a few items including $4.99 earrings, earrings were not put in my bag. I called as soon as I returned to work approx. 10 min, gave them receipt information was told cameras would be checked and I would get a call back. Lisa or Linda (manager) called me back said she reviewed cameras the earrings were the first item to be put in my bag. I explained to her that I checked my bag and earrings were not there. She said I'm sorry about that. Not once did she offer to replace the $4.99 earrings or ask me to return to the store. She was very unprofessional and accusing.
 
            
If the camera showed the earrings being put in your bag, then they were put in your bag. You should be more careful and not lose things. Hobby Lobby shouldn't have to pay because you can't keep track of your stuff.
Just because this customer was told what the camera showed does not mean it was true, you are not allowed to see the video. I was recently charged for 2 items I did not buy at Hobby Lobby, I was told the video showed me buying them and taking them out the door. I had no need of either item and did not buy them. They offered no refund. I don't know if they were looking at the wrong video or just lying. I had spent over $40 on the items I did buy, the ones I was charged for I did not buy was $6. Hobby Lobby has lost my respect and my business.
