I have been using them to help maintain weight. Without my knowledge or approval or any “above board” customer service practices or notification, I was told a $149 a month membership fee is now being charged and although I did not receive the weekly pin that is 5 days late and not shipped. They failed to deliver and failed to refund this mystery membership

Claimed loss: $149, they said they refunded the price for the dosage pin.

Desired outcome: Refund me my money.
