I did not ask for more of this product. It makes me nauseated. I didn’t lose weight on it. I wanted the tirzeptide instead. I did not open any boxes of the semiglutide. I want to return this immediately.
RX 0002030750 or it could be 002930750. The print is too small. I don’t have any other information. Tanya Parsley 3848 Williamson Branch Rd Vanleer TN 37181. 6154199654. I was billed for this product. And I can’t use it.
