We placed an order for shutters in February with an expected installation date in May. On 24th March we were informed that due to Covid 19 all manufacture was paused. On 2 nd May after my contact I received an e mail response stating that an advisor would be in touch. There was no contact.

On 14th May I contacted Hillary's stating that I had e mailed twice and received no contact. On 15th we received a response stating that there were no delays on shipping the shutters, working hard unpacking containers and starting deliveries to fitters from Weds 20th May. On 18th May we received an update stating that an advisor would be in touch within a week. Again we received no such contact.

We did not receive contact from our advisor therefore we spoke to customer services In June, however they would not confirm the status of our order. No update on whether the shutters were in China, in transit or in this country. We asked if we could cancel our order but we're advised that we could not.

We are now in July and have had no further contact. We don't know where our order is or if and when Our shutters will be fitted.
