HHGregg review: ipad mini 1

I purchased an iPad mini in May 2015. I was talked into by a "protection plan" in case anything happened. I was told all I had to do if something happened was to bring it in and I could get a new on. Since I was getting it for my young granddaughter I spent almost $100 dollar for the plan. In December 2015 the iPad was dropped and cracked. Instead of taking it to the store I had to pay to have it shipped to New Hampshire. I literally spent hours on the phone trying to find out what I needed to do. After waiting more than 3 weeks I had to call back and spend another hour to get information. After another week I received a call from Chris at the HH Grgg store. Before I could answer the phone Chris had left a message to call the store. I immediately called back and was told Chris was not there but they would have him call me back. After waiting 3 days I went up to the store. Chris told me I had a 199.99 store credit, but they didn't have any iPad mini 1. I was told I could upgrade to iPad mini 2 for $90 more. I will never set foot inside HH Gregg again. Their customer service is lousy.
