Hey Tiles review: Terrible company

Terrible company overall. I ordered a sample of a tile to see if we liked it. In two days I received a shipping email which I thought was a good sign. I received no tracking info so I email the company. Promptly got a response of we will send out tracking info today. Over 36 hours of no tracking info I started to call to get an answer. It took 21 back to back phone calls writing business hours to get someone to answer the phone. Yes I know slightly crazy but if you’re going to take my money and say your shipped something I want my money back or actual tracking info. I got a tracking number but no updates though UPS for 3 days. It finally shipped and arrived which actually surprised me. When I opened it up I was frustrated the sample had 1 tile in it. I understand it’s a sample but for the price you pay for a sample it shouldn’t come out to $44/sq ft on a tile that is ~$9-10/sq ft. I’m honestly shocked something showed up and it wasn’t a box with a rock in it. I shouldn’t have been surprised when it was 1 tile in it. Avoid this company at all costs.
