Very corrupt company, only after money, no empathy or compassion, toward their tenants or other clients, so I am having to file civil charges against them in State Court, contacting the 3 major local TV. Stations and filing a complaint with HUD for Housing because I am Jewish.
With this company, It's all about greed since the company was founded 1 October 1989, and became a corporation 6 July 1998.
I will state this there is one employee in the Leasing Department named Jordan, that is truly a nice and professional person that has tried to help me settle this Legal conflict to the best of his ability, sadly he is the exception not the rule. The real problems comes from Grant, Adam, Shelby, and Joe, who is no longer with the company. (Joe left a few months back)., and the Owners, Philip and Shelly, which you can easily look up their info on the N.C. Secretary of State web Site and the BBB web site. It's all public record.
As stated above also having to have HUD involved for Religious discrimination against me because I am Jewish., and I also am having to have at least 4 employees investigated for alleged criminal crimes committed against me as well..
Avoid doing any business with this company, if at all possible, unless they change their ways.
I shall gladly see them in court with a jury trial if need be. I have offered to settle out of court, but other than Jordan, they mostly refuse to even reply back to me or even speak to me at all. The public reply below is the first reply at all in days, and it's full of falsehoods just to cover their tracks and look good to the public. You do not have to take just my word, read all their reviews at Google and the BBB
Read their reviews, even Property Owners not just Tenants, give them bad reviews. The says a lot.

They refuse to see my side of the story, and admit their wrong doings against me. I was put in a very unsafe and uninhabitable apt for 4 months, and I have suffered personal injury, along with losing money as well, and having to be displaced into another unit, and charged nearly 945.00 along with moving cost of 808.68, after being told I would not be charged any money at all for November 2024 and no 35.00 a month RBP at all, which is a scam in itself.
Also I was told they would cover my moving expenses with a rent credit.Instead they send me a invoice, that in no way do I owe.
They need to understand that justice shall be served against them and that they are not above the Law. They will be held accountable by the State and Federal Law, in due time,
This company needs to be held fully and legally accountable for years of mistreatment to their tenants and clients.
Also and I have proof of this fact, I have never threatened anyone at Henderson Proprieties in any way. I have simply stated my legal rights and options available to me by due process of law that is stated in the U.S. Constitution. We all have the same legal rights.

Update: Today December 16 2024, they sent me a demand letter saying that I owe them over 9,000 dollars, which is totally false. I owe them zero, they owe me.
They did this after I left this public review. That's called Rule To Vacate Retaliation, which is also illegal on their part.
