Help with my Order review: No no cloth scratch remover

I followed the directions on the package, as limited as they are, and not one scratch was removed. I contacted the support representatives at [protected]@helpwithmyorder.com and got the run around, then they wanted to charge me a dollar or 52$a year for help then when I send this bogus cloth back I have to pay shipping costs, after they receive it I will get a full refund less s&h. If the bbb stands behind this company it's no wonder this democratically run country is falling apart.
