I discovered this company on the Home Advisor website. They quoted me $255 to fix a sink that was leaking. However, I found another company that did the same job for only $89. I decided to call the owner of Heaton to discuss this price difference. The owner claimed that their plunger fixture was worth $166 more than the one used by the other company. I am skeptical about this claim. As an out-of-state landlord, I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I would appreciate a refund of the $45 service fee.
