I've been "indoor gardening" with Hamama for 2 years now, and I've even given their kits as gifts to my family. I gotta say, I'm really pleased with all the stuff I've gotten from them. And their customer service is top-notch, especially the assistance I got from Carolyn today. Big shoutout to Hamama, and my cat Jazzy sends her thanks too. She's absolutely crazy about her wheatgrass!

Hamama is like, super duper expensive, you know? And honestly, it just doesn't work for me. I've been sprouting stuff for like, forever, using my old school tray method, and let me tell ya, it's way better. So, I decided to give Hamama a shot, right? And guess what? After four whole weeks, all I got is a few sad, scraggly sprouts. Like, seriously? If I had stuck to my old-fashioned way, I would've been munching on delicious sprouts a week ago. It's just so disappointing, man.

I recently purchased the starter kit from Hamama, which came with a bamboo frame and three seed quilts. The seed quilts I received were the super salad mix, energizing kale, and hot wasabi mustard. One thing I really love about this product is that it's organic, making it a healthier choice for me. I've been patiently waiting for 10 days, following the instructions diligently, and now I'm doing my happy dance because it actually worked! Soon enough, I'll be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor and indulge in these delicious greens. They look absolutely amazing, and I'm already itching to place another order for more seeds.

I gotta tell ya, my experience with Hamama was a total bummer. All I got from them was a bunch of moldy greens. I reached out to the company for some help, but all they did was point out every little thing I supposedly did wrong. I mean, come on, give me a break!

I wasn't about to let this slide, so I bombarded them with a bunch of emails. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, they agreed to give me a full refund. But here's the kicker - I had to open a case with PayPal for them to actually cough up the dough. According to Hamama, because I opened a case, the refund process would be smooth sailing. So, I went ahead and closed the case, thinking everything would be hunky-dory.

But guess what? Those sneaky scammers pulled a fast one on me! They straight up refused to give me my money back. Can you believe it? I'm telling ya, this company is as crooked as a winding road.

Honestly, I wouldn't waste my hard-earned cash on their product. It's just not worth it. And with a company like this, you're better off looking elsewhere. Trust me, you don't want to get tangled up with these guys.

Hamama really got me twice with their sneaky false advertising of "Now In!". I was all excited and ready to receive my order, only to find out that it hadn't even shipped after two whole weeks. Can you believe that? And guess what? It turns out that it was actually a "pre-order" offering, but they conveniently forgot to mention that anywhere on their website or during the order process. Talk about misleading!

So, I decided to check in and see what's going on, and you know what I got? A bot telling me that all orders ship within 2-5 days from the date of order. Well, that's a load of baloney because it's been a whole month and I still haven't received anything. Finally, I get an email from them saying that my order is delayed. Oh, great! Thanks for letting me know, but it's way too little, too late.

To make matters slightly less infuriating, they offered me a $10 "points" credit. But honestly, what good does that do for me? I have no intention of ever buying from them again. They've lost my trust and my business for good.

I gotta say, my experience with Hamama has been a bit of a letdown. I mean, seriously, I've only been able to harvest like a measly 1/4 of the tray in my last three attempts. It's been a real bummer, you know?

So, I decided to reach out to the company and let them know about my struggles. But guess what? They didn't even bother to ask if any of the things I mentioned were true. Instead, they just went on and on about all the things I was supposedly doing wrong. Talk about condescending, right? I mean, come on, I know a thing or two about growing stuff!

To make matters worse, when I asked them to replace the faulty "quilts," they only offered to replace one out of the three. Like, seriously? What am I supposed to do with just one replacement? It's not like I'm running a one-plant farm here!

And let me tell you, it's not like I'm a complete newbie at this. I've successfully grown about 5-6 other plants before, so I know what I'm doing. I can read and follow directions like a champ, thank you very much.

Honestly, I'm just done wasting my hard-earned money on Hamama. It's a shame because I had high hopes for their product, but they've really let me down. So, if you're thinking about giving them a try, I'd say proceed with caution. There are probably better options out there.

The recent shipments of my subscription ain't been too good, ya know? I've been growin' these things for a good while now, been subscribed for a few years. But lately, the seed quilts ain't been doin' so hot. Only 'bout a quarter of the seeds actually sprout, and the dang paper coverin' on top of the quilt has become a real pain in the neck to remove. Back in the day, you could just peel the whole thing off, no problem. But now, it's a real chore, havin' to take it off one block at a time with a sharp knife. Ain't nobody got time for that!

I finally had enough and decided to cancel my subscription. It just ain't worth it anymore, ya know? I used to give 'em a solid 5-star review, but now they're barely scrapin' by with a measly 2 stars. It's a real shame, 'cause I had high hopes for 'em. But hey, actions speak louder than words, right?

I've been a happy Hamama customer for 'bout a whole year now. I gotta say, I've grown 'round a dozen of them seed quilts and they turned out mighty fine. I was so impressed that I decided to take the plunge and buy myself a whole case of them seed quilts, 'bout 36 of 'em. But let me tell ya, not a single one of them quilts grew right. It was a real disappointment, I tell ya. Only 'bout 10% of 'em sprouted, and the rest just got all mildewed and slimy. And here's the kicker, this ain't the first time it happened. The last ten quilts I tried were just as bad.

Now, like some other folks who've reviewed Hamama, I thought I'd reach out to their customer service to see if they could make things right. But lemme tell ya, they didn't wanna hear it. Instead of listenin' to me and fixin' the problem, they straight up accused me of addin' too much water. Can ya believe that? I didn't do nothin' wrong! I tried callin' 'em and emailin' 'em, but they just kept insistin' that there was nothin' wrong with them quilts. They blamed it all on me. After a half dozen back-and-forths, I just gave up. Now I'm stuck with 'bout $170 worth of useless seed quilts.

I'm so mad, I'm thinkin' 'bout reportin' 'em to the Better Business Bureau. It's just plain hypocritical, ya know? They go on and on 'bout how they want you to love your purchase, but they didn't do nothin' to make it right for me. It's like they're playin' mind games with me, tryin' to make me think I did somethin' wrong. Shame on you, Hamama! You really let me down.
