So, I ordered a sink from eModernDecor and it arrived during the Covid pandemic. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone to install it for me and now I realize that the dimensions are not suitable for my bathroom. I tried to return it, but it seems that it's beyond their return policy. They refused to take it back or refund my money. It's still in the box, unopened and I'm out $250.00. What a bummer!

I understand that businesses have policies, but in these difficult times, it would be nice if they could be a little more understanding. I'm not asking for a full refund, but at least a partial refund would be nice. I'm sure they could resell the sink to someone else who needs it.
