Gymshark review: Fraud, lies and racism from gymshark

This was the worst experience. Ever. I purchased a leggings and two tops for the sale. I bought the same size in black. The size in blue is WAY smaller. GYMSHARK promised to send me a large. I sent them. Then they refused to send me the other size and said I had to buy it over. This is now $70 and not the sale price. I tried for weeks to contact and get them to send my order. They ignored me and then refused to send it and lied point blank to me about the item not being in stock. I will never Order again. I deleted the app. They suck and they don’t care. Go to lululemon. Save your money. These people are fraudulent and disgusting.
Lorenzo, Areoo and the rest — they literally do not care about their clients!

Now they want to offer the “difference” that I have posted an HONEST Review of how I was treated by GYMSHARK however they have not included taxes nor shipping — things they initially promised they would do IF I sent the item back! I have also experienced tone policing and racism by GYMSHARK because I told them how UNACCEPTABLE this was and after arguing for TWO WEEKS and being told to “that’s all we can do! Say sorry you don’t have your item!” I absolutely detest my experience and I expect nothing better from the people who paid racist Huda from love island millions but find it hard to simply return the correct size they PROMISED because my return processing took too long and the item is not in stock for returns. They are ridiculous!

They sent me a gift card for the “difference” of $33. When it is supposed to be $50.17! They actually expect me to pay them more money to do something they promised to do in the first place/- send me the correct size. Apparently other customers can receive their new leggings but I cannot when I never even wore the one they sent me! They PROMISED AND LIED AND TOOK BACK MY PRODUCT OF $70 to sell to someone else but want me to pay an additional $50. And for WHAT?!
This is how you treat customers?! Black customers? Never again!
