Yo, I gotta say, Eden's been keepin' my office's lawn lookin' fresh for a hot minute now. These peeps are totally on top of their game with some seriously stellar skills, ya know? They don't just do the bare minimum - they go above and beyond to make sure everything's lookin' primo. I honestly can't recommend 'em enough if you're lookin' for some top-notch lawn care.

At first, I had a really good experience with Edenapp. I decided to sign up for their seasonal snow removal service, which was a real bargain compared to what other companies were charging. I thought to myself, "This is the deal of a lifetime!"

But then, things started to go wrong. After waiting 24 hours and making nearly half a dozen attempts to reach out to them, all I got was a minimal response. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. I started to think that maybe the low price wasn't worth all the hassle and poor service.

I really wanted things to work out with Edenapp. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal? But the lack of communication and slow response time is starting to wear on me. I'm not sure if I'll continue using their service in the future. Maybe it's time to start looking for a different company that values their customers more.

So, let me tell you about this service I found that offers lawn mowing. My backyard has got this massive lawn which is almost too big for me to handle. It used to take up so much of my precious time to mow it all. I knew I needed some help, but I didn't want to spend a ton of cash either. That's when I stumbled upon Eden. They offer a lawn mowing service that's affordable, so I decided to give it a try.

I reached out to them and before you know it, they had a lawn mower all set and ready to go. We discussed the ins and outs of my lawn, making sure they knew which areas needed to be mowed and which areas needed to be left alone for the flowers. It was a bit tough communicating this, as I'm not the best at explaining things, but the guy was super patient and listened to all my requests.

Then the magic happened. Within a couple of hours, the lawn mower guy was done and everything was looking great. I was pretty impressed with the final result, and I even got to spend my spare time doing something else, instead of mowing the lawn.

All in all, I was happy with the service Eden provided. If I ever need lawn mowing again, I would definitely give them a call. After all, why sweat it under the sun when I can just get someone else to do it?

Well, let me tell you about Eden... the app that’s supposed to make life easier by connecting you, Eden, and contractors. I tried using it and boy was it a waste of time! There were no clear updates, no responses, no service, nada! It was a complete mess!

I thought, no biggie, I’ll just wait for a contractor to show up eventually. Seven whole days later, a guy showed up. He took some pictures of the sidewalk that had already been plowed by the city and then drove off. What?! That was it? I was so disappointed and frustrated!

To add insult to injury, the messaging system on the app was a disaster. I sent messages to the contractor, waited for a response, but it never came. The photos he sent disappeared without a trace after I viewed them. It was like nothing ever happened!

Needless to say, I was not happy and decided to do the work myself. But, to my surprise, the company actually returned my money after I called and left a message with their answering service. It took some time and headache, but I eventually got my refund.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend using Eden. The app is unreliable and the communication is a mess. Save yourself the time and frustration and find a different way to get things done!

I gotta say, I run this boss management company, and we were in need of some serious snow removal for our buildings in the windy city of Chicago. We looked up Eden, and let me tell you, they seemed like aces in the field. Rolling up with their big trucks and all, we were like, "yeah baby, we got this". But man, were we wrong.

When the first snow hit, it was like nobody showed up to the party. Only one of our 18 buildings was cleared on time. You read that right, ONLY ONE. Seven were serviced a bit late, and we had to get another company to swing by and help us out with the other 10 buildings. And what did Eden do when they dropped the ball on our contracted work? Absolutely nothing. No shoutouts, no updates, nothing, nada. I was the one playing phone tag and trying to get in touch with them.

It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to do their dang job, and even when they said they were gonna do something, they still managed to mess it up and leave our residents stuck in the snow. We even had to call in backup for THREE of the SEVEN properties that they said they could handle. Honestly, that's just poor management and piss poor communication.

To top it off, what really grinds my gears is that Eden doesn't even handle their own work. They don't have any contracts, or whoever they have lined up to do the work flakes on them, so they can't guarantee that anything is done right or on time. That's just not cool, especially when it comes to dealing with people's safety during a snowy season in the big city.

In the end, it was a hot mess. We had to scrounge around to get some other folks to get the job done for 13 of our buildings. And over 200 people were impacted by Eden's lack of professionalism and disregard for their work. And when I asked them about it, the dude on the phone was just like, "oh, we don't have people lined up", like it was all good. Sorry Eden, but that just ain't gonna cut it.

Yo! So let me give you the down-low on Eden. They’re all about being a sub-contractor, which means they want you to have liability insurance. I get it, you gotta protect yourself, ya know? But, lemme tell you, I heard some horror stories from clients of ours that we referred to Eden. They charge clients over $80 for services that we, as sub-contractors, would normally charge between $37.50-$47.50. And that’s on the lower end!
Eden takes more than 50% of the profits, and then expects us sub-contractors to bend over backwards for them. We are out here working hard on commercial sites and residential contracts, trying to make ends meet. And yet, when Eden comes knocking and asks us to drop everything we’re doing to go work on driveways for a measly $40, it’s really frustrating.
The owner of Eden even has his own multi million dollar landscaping company called Aden Earth Works. Ya'll should check it out—ain't hard to figure out, trust me. Eden seems like a side gig for him. At first, it seemed like a good deal for us, but in the end, it just hindered our business and we missed out on other opportunities.
So, take it from me, think twice before signing up with Eden. They might not have your best interests at heart.
