Guntersville Chevrolet

My 83 year old mom keeps getting a letter from Guntersville Chevrolet sayin' they wanna buy her car. The letter comes from some salesman named ***, but the big boss, Bruce Moss, told Jason to send it 'cause they really want her car. Now, my mom *** is 83 and she's got dementia, PTSD, and paranoia. When she reads this letter, it messes with her head and she starts askin' all sorts of questions like who's comin' to her house and why they wanna take her car. It's a real mess dealin' with someone whose mind ain't workin' right, and it wears us all out, includin' her caregivers. And it's all 'cause of this dang letter from Guntersville Chevrolet. It takes days and weeks to calm her down. I done called Guntersville Chevrolet three times 'bout this and asked 'em to stop sendin' the letters and take her info outta their system. They said they would, but they never do. Mom got another letter since my last call, so I called 'em again. They said they'd look into it. Well, I had enough, so I called the ComplaintsBoard.com to file a complaint 'cause this is the fourth letter she's gotten from Guntersville Chevrolet.
