Cullman Chysler Dodge Jeep

I bought a Dodge Ram ProMaster Van from Cullman Dodge Chrysler Jeep a year and a half ago, after my wife passed away. I decided to travel in it across the country and had no problems until recently when the transmission got stuck in first gear. I had it towed to Cullman and was told it would be examined and diagnosed the next day. I also have an additional warranty called Master Tech that covers anything that could go wrong with the vehicle within a certain mileage or time frame. However, I have not received any help from anyone at Dodge Headquarters or Cullman Chrysler Dodge. I am currently homeless and have to pay for a rental car out of my own pocket. I am a retired Air Force pilot and would appreciate any help. Thanks.
