Order cancellation call received from their end next day after placing order because of unavailability of item, but after 6 days order showing in process and customer care talking arrogantly and of no help, I think its a fake site, don't buy from them, I lost my money

I placed an order which said "same day delivery" for mother's Day. There was no acknowledgement, no confirmation from their side. Order hasn't been delivered yet, money has already been deducted. It's very unreliable website. There is no customer service available, no tracking information either. They ask you to fill a form to track your order but they never respond to that form. For NRIs, I don't recommend using this website. They will never respond to you, they aren't professional at all, typical indian way of communicating, they will not do anything to make it up to the customer, forget about the refund, they will never give your money back. When you call them, they will pop you on hold for too long then the call will get disconnected. There is way too much background noise on the call and they really don't know what customer service is. I asked for full refund because order was never delivered but they never responded. I have been messaging and calling since 2 days but no response from them. Do not use this website!

I never seen this horrible services. I have placed an order for my brother for rakhi dtd 14th Aug 2016 and confirmed to reach at 18th Aug but my parcel reached at 26th Aug . their customer services are really horrible. they replied my inquiry after one week when parcel about to deliver. I decided not to go for this service again in my life.

This website seems to be a scam. When I complained, they say to check with Indian Speed post, as if that is my responsibility. Only way to teach these people a lesson is to not give them any business at all.

I placed my order 2 days ago and my family received it today, i ordered 2 rakhis, 4 chocolates, a card and a thali, the 2 rakhis were for my two brothers but they only received one, very dissapointed as now my other brother doesn't have a rakhi, fast delivery but what's the point if they don't send out main items of ur order.

I have been using Gujarat gifts for last 5 years. However, in past one years I have made 4 orders and none of them was delivered on a desired date. Some of the stuff was never delivered. None picks the calls and they don't accept their fault when contacted via email.
Please don't use their service... unless you want your special moments to be ruined.

Hi I just sent Rakhi n sweets. But my brother hasn't received yet. He is in Gujarat. Such a bad customer service. Some one should take legal action against these people. I will never use this service again. I am trying to call +[protected] but no answer. Please don't send any gift. They are fraud people. I ll stop others as well. They just want money. No service. I will never belive in GujaratGifts.com, as they will never deliver what they promise. I email them for the clarification and they replied that Gift delivered as its ordered. But they never listen to the Customer. They spoil anyone's feelings and special day like anything, they don't even care about customer relationship and their sentiments. Calling three days continuiously no one is answering and while I sent email they said that they are only open between 10 to 6, even they didn't pick up during that hours. They are only for taking money, they don't care about gifts quality and their delivery. I would recemmand my friends and all other customers not to use this site for any gifts, Many good sites are available with great customer care. They dont know the meaning of the customer care. I will make sure I'll post complain and make it on top for the google search so everyone gets to know for the same.

Horrible service by Gujrat gifts. I placed my order on 5th may order number 26390 for mothers day. It had option to select the desired day for delivery which I did and havent received my order on 12th may and spoiled all the surprise plan organised for mom and because I used this site, i havent brought anything for mom, which was very embarassing. When tried contacting them on their numbers +[protected], +91 79 [protected] on the 12 & 13 th may 2013. None has answered the call and they have not returned the call as well. When sent a mail to their team, they reply was just one liner " your gift would be delivered today". Which is not the case. When asked for refund they replied your order is delivered already which is again wrong. Should'nt have trusted these cheap website.
Would strongly recommend my friends not to use this Online website for any of they shopping.

I will not at all still hope www.GujaratGifts.com. If you are not able to deliver my order on time, please return my money.

I have been using this site for a year now, and was under the impression the delivery was on time.Invoice #12363, delivered card anf flowers but not the ferrero rocher chocolates. Order #18128 Delivered cake which was stale. And the gift set worth $15.95 didnt even reach yet.No one answers the number on the website.What kind of customer service is this? Gujaratgifts i had sent a gifts to my Brother Daughter birthday gifts on 1st week of july. now it 4th week of july. they still not received it. send email and even called is mobile no. no one as picked up the phone. i dont know where my brother is going to receive is gifts this year or next year. i am not going to use them at all.

Gujaratgifts used to be good when they first launched. Service standard is subpar now. Gifts arrive late, sweets are not as fresh (and sometimes weigh less too!), quality and quantity is definitely hit. Good luck Gujaratgifts.com - hope you can stay in the business for long.

Another when the owner found guilty he said he won't charge any money and than is sweat voice he said I am cancelling your order.

This site is very unprofessional. They just want hard currency from US and UK. I've used this service twice. Last year my friend was hesitant to tell me that the cake was stale. THis year I insisted him to tell me the truth. He told me that the cake was so stale that it has to be dumped immediately. WHat a shameful waste of time and money! THese sites try to copy the western style, but stands nowhere close to their standards. The card they include in the gift delivery, is of very cheap kind, handwritten by a person who has bad handwriting and makes mistakes. I saw the card on skype and was very embrassed. They scratched and did overwriting. They filled up the card with little untidy cartoons all over! Come on, the card was meant for a mature adult, not a child. However, the flowers were in good conditions.
Never use this service to deliver cakes. THe cakes are old and stale. Moreover, the delivery is done in regular weather conditons, meaning, they do not pack such items in cold pack to stop them from getting bad. THe cake will be delivered around evening, when almost all the fun has subsided down! I agree with one of the reviewers, the lady you talk to is very rude and unpolite. To me it looks like, she answers the phone call from her kitchen counter top as you can hear the children's voices in the background! WHAT AN INTELLIGENT WAY OF FOOLING FOREINGER'S OF THEIR MONEY!
NEVER BUY CAKES OR GIFTS FROM THIS SITE...FLOWERS ARE OK.

This site is just ###. I ordered cake on 2 days before birthday and they did not deliver on birthday. They runied whole birthday. Lady POOJA who sits on customer service is rude and stupid.

i m not satisfied with the company either. i placed order for birthday cake and they didn't deliver cake because of India Vs Pakistan match, i placed order 3 days prior the birthday. At that time they took order but on the day of match they sent email saying they can't deliver the cake.

This company is fake, they take forever to ship, first time I used them to send birthday sweets for my parents, the parcel reached almost a week after the birthday and all the sweets were bad. I had placed this order 10 days in advance as well.
