Scam
Well, first of all they impersonated their website, so that you may have the perception that you are on the hotel website of the hotel you intent to book. Their excessive fees are something else, however, I did not read the very well hidden fine print, my bad. But then I had to cancel my booking and they did send me a confirmation deducting one night stay promising to refund the rest to my credit card. So far so good. The booking was cancelled on Aug 26th and I have heard absolutely nothing. Various attempts to contact their customer service by email remained without a response. These people are scam artists trying to keep things on border lining legal standards. If I do not get my refund (which is not a real lot - but this is not about money anymore) I will sue these guys.
