Guest Reservations review: Guest.Reservations.com is the company in question.

When I went to my computer, the first website said: "guest reservations.com - Hilton Garden Inn, Corpus Christi, TX" I booked the room 10/17/2026, cancelled it the next day.
After getting the cancellation verification, they still charged the full amount of the room to my credit card. This Hilton hotel advertises very clearly: "no prepayment necessary" and is the greatest hotel in Corpus Christi, TX! It took days to even get someone from "guestreservations.com" to answer the phone! When they did, I was told, I would not be getting a refund due to the non-refundable status for that room.
