On Fri. June 19, 2026 I unwittingly made an online hotel reservation through Guest Reservations instead of directly through the hotel's website - Guest Reservations website is almost identical to my hotel's website, booking process seemed normal enough, but once I got my confirmation email I realized a problem - high fee charged and cancels/refunds not allowed. I contacted them, canceled my booking, requested a refund. They said hotel would need to approve refund, they supposedly contacted hotel but hotel tells me no one has contacted them. Help please.
