My wife thought she got a great deal on an Orlando Hotel using but when we checked in we discovered the hotel wanted to charge room tax. Now I find we could have been worse off, as others using this service have discovered they had no reservation at all after paying (apparently related to

We were promised quick action when we called their 800 number, but so far have no action from them. I would not deal with them again.

    Just a followup - GTAHOTELS did manage to get the hotel to refund the room tax to our credit card. Their action was not as quick as they promise on their website, but they did fix it in the end.

    I am pleased to learn that the refund for the additional tax that the hotel charged you was refunded. We do aim to resolve all complaints within 21 working days but the response time very much depends upon our supplier and the hotel in question
