Groupon.com review: What a rip-off!

Groupon has run me in circles for weeks now. They have emailed me directions, each different to activate a subscription. Each time I followed their directions the same page came up “Redemed”. My bank is no help either, since they see a receipt from the online bill. I have not received a refund or the access to my subscription. I should have checked here first, where they worn that the entertainment or food Groupons can often be scams or just don't work.
