I paid for a voucher for 2 X Sunday Lunch and 2 X Cocktails at Marco Pierrre Whites restaurant. We had the meal and the restaurant couldnt process the voucher codes, they would not work and they wouldnt let me leave without paying again full price! I complained but all I get is credits on account which is not good enough as I cannot use them again and be put in the embarrassing situation in the middle of a busy restaurant.

Claimed loss: I had to pay £77.00 for the meal direct to the restaurant and £54 for the voucher that would not work

Desired outcome: Refund to my Debit Card not Groupon credits!!
