I purchased a spa voucher for my husbands birthday and the money was taken from my account via paypal on the 27th May 2026 . I did not receive an order confirmation or a voucher so i took it up with paypal and basically groupon said i received the voucher and paypal closed the case . to date i have not received anything or a refund of £63 taken from my account .If i look in my groupon account it says no purhases so they can surely see ive not received the voucher .
