On 1st February 2026 my partner and I went to above restaurant in order to use voucher purchased with Groupon for 2 course meal for 2.
The venue was not fit for purpose. We were the only 2 customers which soon understood why upon using the customer toilets thankfully before ordering food.
I have never experienced anything like it.
Door off hinges placed against sink,
Dirty toilet, unable to fully close door, maintenance dangerous with hanging electric cables child height anduch more...
We of course did not stay and have since been trying to contact Groupon for a refund or in the very least alternative vouchers. However we have not been able to email or speak with anyone.
We are absolutely appalled by the way we have been treated. We will never use Groupon again
