Tried the purchase software from Groupon UK but my card was charged and despite this found it impossible to download link to activate the software, VERY difficult to find help on Groupon site.
Tried the conatact customer services but then discovered that they wanted more money and a subscription to help me. Now suspect it may have been a fake site purporting to be Groupon or unassociated company of Groupon.
No further forward and about £30+ out of pocket with no comeback
Claimed loss: Pending charges of £14.25 and £17.01
Desired outcome: Full refund would be my first choice or partial refund of one transaction plus working link to download software that actually works with no short time sensitive penalty clause
