April 23, 2025 at 10:15am Called ahead to insure my Groupon coupon was legit. Drove a total of two hours and when I got there, Dr. Alina K Stancui told me I shouldn't have bought this coupon without seeing her first, and that she could not make good on it. She then showed me an AI picture of what I could look like for $600 more. I attempted to file a claim with Groupon and their software did not work. There was no telephone number to reach Groupon customer service.

Desired outcome: I would like Groupon to credit me the $274.
