Two years ago, my potassium levels were taken at a Group Health lab in Kenwood Cincinnati Ohio. They were reported as high and I was sent to the emergency room immediately by Dr. Frias Now fast forward to this Monday again I had a test done last week and potassium level registered I saw Dr. Frias this Monday and told her I’m going to get it done at Bethesda North Hospital to double check and make sure that potassium level was wrong Group Health lab said it was 5.5 which is high. But that’s the north hospital came back at 4.9 which is in the normal range. I will probably get charged $100. I’m passing that bill onto you since it was your lab that screwed this up yet again.

Claimed loss: 100 dollar charge.
Desired outcome: Group Health should reimburse me $100 of the expense of having the test redone correct correctly at Bethesda North hospital. Labs can be released to you from my chart.
