Green Chef review: They won't cancel my order 3 days before the delivery. I won't be here!

I can't believe it. I cancelled my order a few days ago cause it said it would be a Feb 14 delivery date. Then I got charged today. Then I called, 3 days before the delivery and she said she can't stop the delivery or credit me for a delivery the following week. If you deliver this Friday I will be out of town for 5 days! It will go to waste! I'm complaining about this wherever I can. This isnt right.
Recommendation: Don't use Green Chef. They don't treat you right.
