No car was available at the time of pickup due to over booking and was offered a 8 seater Kia Carnival for $40 more per day.
I requested for cancellation and refund which they said to contact my booking website, Stress free car rentals. Despite numerous email to green motion and stress free car rental no refund has been offered. pls resolve this at earliest to avoid legal action
Claimed loss: $160 for my actual booking and $200 for extra paid to other car rental for last minute booking due to weekend rush
