Green Dot green dot cash back card

I have had my card since February and for the past 4 months my check never hits at the same time they tried blaming my employer and have hung up on me more than once but my employer is not to blame for the problem i have also been called a liar every one else i talk to with a green dot card gets their pay at the same time every payday but my card dose not I will never use them again

Green Dot customer support/dispute

I have been waiting for my money to be returned to me and this was last week, but there was still a block on my card, when i call customer service it will not let me talk to a live agent and tells me its waiting on my documents to be submitted. however that was done last month there was a resolution to my case and i was granted my money back! I was told I would receive a email which I HAVE NOT, i would love my money back today! as it was promised... I would like someone to contact me today! it is ridiculous there is no way to talk to a live agent when your card is block.. call me today [protected] thank you very much.. amber sanders

I am going through the exact same thing. I cant talk to anyone I have searched the internet for numbers and its all the same they tell me my cards not valid and i am so exasperated over this experience. I'm waiting on a card to come in the mail and haven't received it yet. They tell u to press the didn't receive button and i have none because my cards not valid. what does someone do. my phone is [protected]. Thank you Melanie Surace

Green Dot green dot account

The updated bill pay way is very confusing. It does not show a history of bills that were paid like it use to show before it was changed. Also, you cannot send a payment of over $1, 000.00 per day like you could before they changed it and most people have mortgages etc...way over that amount. I am hoping they change the interface of the website back like they had it .

Green Dot unauthorized debit charges /dispute dept

I removed my last comment after speaking to a corporate representative, but today I find out my first appeal was denied and only the last 4 pages were received. My written statement was the first page out of all the Green Dot reps I spoke to while checking on my dispute told me it was not all there even when I asked if all 23 pages were received. They were numbers 1 of 23 to pg 23. Today I find out only the last 4 came through. I did file an appeal but had I known not all the information was in the first one I might not be waiting for my utilities to be cut off. $7214.39 taken because my Apple ID was compromised my record keeping was send my self a text message of when where and how much that's how the thief's knew I deposits money and that's how the deposits coincided with the transactions SMS was active on there end. Along with access to all my personal information. My other accounts the theifs used have already refunded back. My daughters card was compromised by them because she sent it to me via text to pay a bill for her she has been refunded. Now I have to wait even longer. Plus my account is on on draw down which means when it gets to 0 it's Cancelled that 10.00 is all I got left till this is fixed I have to leave it there so I don't have to wait on a paper check via mail.

Green Dot customer service failure

There are many better options. If you want to be able to get your cash " Go " somewhere else. It took 28 days to get funds deposited cashiers check deposited via the on line check deposit. Which is another third party gathering your data. I contacted the issuer of my deposit to find it had cleared in 5 days. I again requsted my funds which they again refused to release claiming the deposit had not cleared. Customer service, or lack of, or Totally lack of and scripted will not waiver. Not a good way to build a solid relationship. I believe they " Social Econonomic Profile " which gives them the ability to discount people quickly. Shame on you GoBank member of Green Dot Bank. I would not recommend GoBank. I decided to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office of California on several grounds to ensure the are being held accoutable for the unethicical businesd pratices.

Hi, my green dot card was stolen on June 27, 2017 and use without my permission and my funds use..my name is Torrey Washington I received $897.00 for one check from social security and another for$312.00 my address is 650nw122st apt 206 .my email address is [protected]@gmail.com, my didn't claim number is [protected] my phone number is [protected] the last time I use my card was the end of may and the beginning of June to pay my rent.. and light bill.. I made a report about this to one of the representative on the phone and they told me they will send me a new card and my funds will be returned on my new card .. my card number is [protected].. Green Dot I have not received my card yet and it has been past 7 days

Hello. To whom it may concern, I have not received my green dot card and I put 40.00 reload at Walmart on my card on June 22, 2017. I have called several times to find out why my card has not been mailed and I asked several times if it was mailed out and your customer service advisors informed me that it was. I'm angry because my fiance is incarcerated and I have not been able to speak with him because I have not received my card. Please helpe with this, because I have a job that I am starting on Monday and I have not received it. I was advised when I called this morning that I would receive my card on the 12th of July? Green Dot prepaid debit card

I loaded 375.00$ at 10:23 pm at a holiday superstore gas station in anchorage Alaska on the corner of Boniface and Northern Lights BLVD. The teller a pregnant lady named Felicia did not give me a receipt so I took a picture of "her copy" when she was recounting the money And unaware I was actually taking a picture for proof that she was trying to pocket the 375.00$. I left the store when she told me it was approved and on my card. Once I pulled off I dialed the prerecorded customer service phone number and went through the props to find out that the money was NOT on my card. So obviously frustrated and confused I went back to talk to the lady behind the counter and when I informed her of her mistake that could have been easily fixed she acted like she didn't know what in the world I was talking about and acted like she had never seen me in her life all the while SHE STILL HAD MY 380$ (375.00 + 4.95$ loading fee)in HER HAND! She hadn't even put it into her till?! As upset I was I calmly asked for my money back again and she still stood by her stupidity and claimed she was completely unaware of who I was or what I was addressing to her as my issue. She tried to get me! It's plain as day! So what do I do?! Well she didn't know I took a picture of the receipt she had that was "her copy" and her computer couldn't print a customer copy for "SOME REASON?!" Yeah right! So I'd like my money back please! I'm on my way back to the place of business to see if there is a store manager on shift now. I'm currently en route as I'm writing this complaint since there wasn't a manager available at that time late last night. And I'm almost positive the same thing is going to occur that they are going to claim they are clueless to this ever happening. I just want MY money back please

Green Dot green dot prepaid debit card unable to be activated and no customer service could help

I purchased a Green Dot reloadable visa card and loaded it up at the bank with hundreds of dollars. Then when I went to activate it today on June 20, 2017, the website said it would not activate it. I tried almost a dozen times and just got messages like: "We're sorry, but we are unable to activate your card at this time" and "We apologize, but were currently experiencing technical difficulties." When I called customer service their line was automated and would only take calls from people with registered cards. Of course since I couldn't register my card online, it wouldn't take my call. There was no option to speak to a live person. There is no email address on the website to contact them. I googled the company and EVERY other related Green Dot phone number I called said they were different departments and neither them nor their supervisors can help. I feel absolutely robbed.

Green Dot green dot customer representative complaint

Hi. I booked a hotel on hotwire June 13 2017. The website messed up my reservation somehow so hotwire refunded me and said it could take 7 days. I told them i couldn't wait that long because my children and i need a place to stay tomorrow. So they said your bank can expedite it. So i called customer service at first he did tell me that he couldnt do it but he started to look for the amount and it had not posted yet he told me that the transaction need to be on your account before he can reverse it. He told me to keep checking it to see if it post and call him back at he will reverse it. So i could have been looking for another option but i waited and when i checked my account it was now showing as negative as it had been withdrawn. So i called Greendot and told the other person that i was advised to wait until the money shown on my account as negative and he would reverse. The new person told me that was impossible but now his inconvenienced caused me and my children to not have anywhere to stay tomorrow.

Green Dot very unhappy customer

I would have never purchased a green dot card the only reason why I did is because the currency exchange I cash my checks at carry this piece of crap card first off I've filed a dispute and did everything I was supposed to do and they tell you ten days we'll let me tell you it's been two weeks still no answers then on top of that they charged me for a new card when I never asked for one and then to top it off my account is negative $10.09 how is this possible and it's pre paid card I have zero transaction for that amount on my transaction history I call them and they're just as clueless as I am all I can say is I'm very unhappy with this card I'm going back to net spend

Green Dot customer service/ holding funds

My funds are being held due to a block on my card which the corporate manager said it was no fault of my own.. i submited excatly what was asked for which was my idenfication card.. All the supervisors as well as corporate manager were all very rude hung up in my face more than twice on several different occasions. This is a pre paid card and funds on that card are mine and were not giving to me by green dot...This place is sad and really put people through alot just to get there funds..

Green Dot green dot card

I purchased a green Dot card for my son in April. He was so excited to use his card. When he tried to use it for the 3rd time today he had a negative balance. We wasn't sure why until I called and it said he was charge a monthly fee for May and June. I was unaware of a monthly charge when I purchase the card. My son is so hurt that he can't use his card. I will never use this card again!

Green Dot prepaid card

Purchased 3 pre-paid cards for $395.00 each. One of the cards scratch off number was unreadable. I am unable to process a refund with them unless I have that number, which is now useless. The (800) number does not work. Please file a complain and any help you may provide in getting the refund for $395.00

Green Dot green dot card

My card was hacked and I had $300 stolen from me. When I reported it, the rep only wanted to disputed 2 transactions only coming out to about $80. I was told I didn't need my card anymore cause it was locked and they would send me a new one. I can not get ahold of customer care unless I have the card number and they never sent me a new one. I had $50 left on the old card but since the card is locked, gone & I didn't get a new one I got screwed out of money. I'm very unhappy with the customer service with green dot and would like a call immediately to resolve this issue. [protected]

Green Dot where is my refund check

I purchased several (8) Visa cards at local Walmart for week long trip. Tried to get gas at the same walmart for the cards were purchased at (after activating cards) ALL cards were declined... went back into the Walmart store was told there wasn't anything they could do about it. I called the [protected] every 20 to 25 days since 09/16/2016 the day I purchased the cards... I'm only able to speak with people in the Philippines, although the company is based out of California... I feel that this company not to be shut down.

Green Dot green dot service is excellent. representative is questionable

I love my Green Dot card but I cannot stand seeing the face of Steve Harvey as your representative! Unkind individual. Have you read the reviews on him? So what he has TV shows? He's a bafoon who degrades people disquised as humor. This individual should be researched thoroughly. You may reconsider having him as a Rep. He is rude to people. He has kept the mother of his child in poverty after cheating on her. He forced her signature on the divorce papers after having her locked up first for no apparent reason other than he's wealthy and can pay people to do it for him. This is all public knowledge, not heresay or gossip. He just recently fired his staff without warning but had someone else do it for him instead of being a real leader. There is an investigation being launched into the forged signature and people being paid to engage in unscrupulous acts. He was ordered by a judge to take anger management classes but refused to follow those orders, probably because he has money and thinks he is above the law, as usually is the case. This is simply not an individual you want representing a wonderful company like Green Dot. I do not know him personally and don't care to, so I have no vested interest in this individual nor am I writing out of spite. It is more so as a warning. Again, please research what has been happening surrounding his life and decide accordingly. Thank you.

Green Dot walmart prepaid visa

Green dot is a terrible company that does not listen to their customers because they have no respect or appreciation for them. I had a Wal-Mart prepaid visa card for over 4 yrs and direct deposited my paychecks e/o week. I used the card for everything. I originally got it because of less than perfect credit but even after credit was cleaned up I continued to use it out of convenience. A few weeks ago i got scammed online by La' Cell. I ordered a free trial of their skin cream and agreed to pay $4.95 for shipping. After giving my card info the website added a free trial of eye cream to my cart and charged me $4.95 shipping for that without my permission. I called Walmart visa(green dot) and was going to dipute the charges until the csr told me my card would be cancelled and I would have to wait 7-10 days to receive a new one. I let her know I could not have my card cancelled because I had auto payments coming up along with a direct deposit to my card and bills to pay. I told her I would think about what to do and call back. This was 4/25/17. On Sat 5/6/17 I called the automated system for my card and was told it was an invalid card #. It prompted me for my ssn and then told me my dispute was denied. It said once the balance on my card was spent it would be cancelled and I could not get a new one! Wtf? After being on hold for 2 hrs I got thru to a csr and then a supervisor who told me there was nothing they could do. They said they would have Corporate call me Monday. I eventually talked to Michael at "Corporate". I explained my entire situation to him and that a dispute was filed in error after I told them not to file it. I asked him to pull the call to verify. I told him i wanted my card reinstated. He placed me on hold...he came back and said the dispute was denied and my card will be cancelled and there wasnt anything they were gonna do about it! I told him again I DID NOT FILE A DISPUTE...YOU GUYS DID IT BY MISTAKE. He did not care and was not listening to me. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the highest up there is. I was so mad! This was at [protected]. So ungrateful and unprofessional. What a terrible company! That's ok P1FCU here I come!

Green Dot unauthorized credit card charges

I put 150.00 on my card on the 2nd paved cable of 100.00 an now it is saying I have 3.00 dollars on my card where did the 50.00 go I did not make any other purchases an money was taken off I want my money returned I work hard for my money an would like it returned.This is the 2 and time this has happened.This could cause me jail time that was my fine money.it happened on 05-03-17 I would like a refund of my money I don't understand how this could happen.I was assured that this was a good and safe card when I bought it and activated it by your representatives .So now I am having to go through all this hassle over charges I never OK'd
