Great Southern Homes review: Backyard drainage and colapsing around swale

The backyard is collapsing on both sides of a drainage swale. There are deep ruts on both sides of the drainage swale, which the Warranty Department says was caused by earthquake. 2 landscappers have said the drainage is wrong and the grading is wrong. One has given me an estimate of $4100 to fix the problem and I am waiting on the other. GSH warranty department is blaming everything on earthquakes in the region. Funny how I am the only one in this area with "damage". from an earthquake.

Desired outcome: Repair of the backyard grading and fix the drainage.
