They had a form issue where the allotted space for the entry was limited on hometown of parent's field. It would only take so many characters and would delete some if inputted more than what they thought was enough. Zero contact in the first 2.5 weeks from them. I called multiple times to be on hold for an hour. I emailed them. My first contact was after i went to the us post office to get on own passport. I asked to be refunded my money and wanted a confirmation email. Which I got stating cancelled. They billed me and 3 months later after I saw the charge, I inquired. I was told, it was manifested when you agreed online to continue and clicked on the terms and over 30 days past. They also claimed to provide me a passport. They did not. I got mine from the US postal service and have that receipt. This company is worthless and crooked. At best they are money scam. All I wanted was my money back. They would not send me a copy of the supplied form that I filled out with the incorrect information on it. There is no way the government would accept that form and provide a passport to anyone with the parent's hometowns all jumbled. not only crooks but flat out lie to your face and send false confirmation emails. no Fed Ex or AAA for me anymore. AAA uses them for drivers licenses and Fed Ex supports them with their web service and clout backing.. No thank you
