On December 1, 2025 I paid in order to fill out the application for the IDP. When it came to selecting the day I wanted the IDP to begin, I was told that I could not select a date earlier than 10 days for my date of purchase. No where prior to paying was this information stated and in person, you can select any date you want. The IDP will not work for me 10 days out because I will arrive in 7 days and need to be able to drive. Because I had to pay first, I could not back out of the application and after much searching, found that they don't do refunds. I expect a refund as I wouldn't have used this service if I had known about the date rule.
Desired outcome: Refund of amount paid, immediately back to credit card, please.
