on 27th October 2025 our flights from Madrid to Cuba were cancelled by airline. reservation code LGAPAF. gotogate.com booking 104-491-700 cost 688.98 euros
Cubana airlines flight was due to depart 28th October 2025
I contacted euroairlines on 27/10/25, they informed me that they had cancelled the booking and that gotogate.com as the agency who made the booking, would issue the refund.
it should be processed via BSP with the waiver code : Q4INVCHG3408

On December 3rd 2025 our flights from Havana to Madrid, were cancelled without notice
the flights were due to depart from Havana on December 2nd and arrive in Madrid on 3rd December 2025
