I recently made a purchase on Gorjana's website, gorjana.com, during the Thanksgiving sale. I splurged on a beautiful necklace that cost over $400, intending to give it as a Christmas gift. However, the person I bought it for had a change of heart and wanted something else. No problem, I thought, I'll just return it.

On January 9th, I decided to initiate the return process by sending an email, as the company suggests. To my disappointment, I received a response stating that it was already past the 30-day return window. I was taken aback because the necklace had never been worn and was in perfect condition. Determined to find a solution, I decided to give their customer service a call.

I dialed their number and spoke to a representative who, unfortunately, gave me the same response as the email. Frustrated, I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager to discuss the matter further. However, I was informed that their policy doesn't allow them to transfer phone calls, and I would have to submit another email to request an escalation to a supervisor. This seemed a bit sketchy to me, and I couldn't help but feel disappointed in their customer service.

As of now, I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue. It's disheartening to encounter a company that doesn't stand by its products and fails to treat customers appropriately. I strongly advise staying away from Gorjana if you value good customer service and a company that stands behind its products.
