I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with GoRECON. My son had been raving about their LED lights for his Chevy truck, so I decided to check out their website. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed.

The selection of LED lights on GoRECON is pretty impressive. They have everything from headlights to tail lights to third brake lights. And the best part? They're all LED, which means they're brighter and more energy-efficient than traditional lights.

I ended up buying a bunch of LED lights for my son's truck, and he was absolutely thrilled with them. The installation process was a bit tricky, but the guys at GoRECON were super helpful in guiding me through it. They even gave me some tips on how to make the lights last longer.

Overall, I would definitely recommend GoRECON to anyone looking for high-quality LED lights for their vehicle. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable, and the customer service is top-notch. If you're in the market for some new lights, definitely check them out!

I've been on the hunt for a third brake light for my truck, but let me tell you, it's been a real struggle. I've tried ordering from other companies, but their products didn't fit and I was hit with a restocking fee. What a pain in the rear end! That's when I stumbled upon GoRECON's website (gorecon.com).

Now, I have to admit, their website didn't have any specific details on which trucks their lights would fit on. But, no biggie, I thought. I decided to reach out to their customer support team to get some clarification on the part. And let me tell you, they were super helpful! They assured me that the light would fit on my truck.

But, being the cautious person that I am, I asked what would happen if it didn't fit. And that's when they dropped the bomb on me - I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee. What the heck?! If they're telling me that the product will fit, why should I have to pay a restocking fee if it doesn't? It just doesn't make sense to me.

So, unfortunately, I decided to avoid ordering from GoRECON. I just didn't want to risk having to pay a restocking fee if the product didn't fit. But, I will say that their customer support team was really helpful and friendly. So, if you do decide to order from them, just be careful and make sure you're 100% certain that the product will fit your vehicle.

Ordered from GoRECON on May 29th and spent about $350 on my order. Got an email on May 31st saying that my order was completed and I was excited to receive my products. However, after a few days of waiting, I decided to check the tracking information on their website. To my surprise, the FedEx tracking information was fake! I was really disappointed and frustrated, so I reached out to their customer service team for help.

After contacting them, they told me that the product was out of stock but would be shipped within a week. I waited for two weeks and still no product. I reached out to them again and got the same response. This happened two more times and I was really fed up with the situation. On July 7th, I told them that I wanted a refund because they had already had an interest-free loan for too long. They told me that the only way to get a refund was to email a specific individual, which I did on the same day.

Since then, I have called them multiple times to follow up on my refund but have yet to get anyone to process it. It's now July 20th and I still haven't received my refund or my products. All I've gotten is the runaround from GoRECON, also known as Recon Lighting.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with my experience with GoRECON. I was excited to receive my products but ended up getting fake tracking information and no products. Their customer service team was unhelpful and I've been waiting for weeks for a refund that still hasn't been processed. I would not recommend GoRECON to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I bought the Air Dam lights with smoked lenses from GoRECON in December 2021. I was so excited to install them on my brand new custom built truck in January 2022. However, I have been experiencing some issues with the lights since then. In fact, 9 of the lights have stopped working already. I followed the instructions to the letter and even added a wiring harness wrap to protect the wires. I also used Dielectric Connector Grease to protect from moisture and corrosion. But despite all these precautions, the lights still failed.

I reached out to the company and they were responsive via email. However, I found it impossible to reach them on the phone. They did offer me a discount for new lights, but I was disappointed that they didn't back their product especially with ongoing issues since my purchase. It's frustrating because I take pride in my truck and I expected the lights to last longer than just a couple of weeks. The lights are labeled as LED, so I thought they would be more durable.

I must admit that when all the lights were working, they looked amazing and I got a ton of compliments. But now that most of them are not working, it looks horrible. I'm disappointed that I spent so much money on these lights and they didn't live up to my expectations. I hope the company can improve their product quality and customer service in the future.

GoRECON is a company that I had the misfortune of dealing with. I had an issue with my driver side taillight going out back in February 2022, which was 4 months before the warranty expired in June 2022. I contacted GoRECON and they sent me two wiring harnesses on two separate occasions to see if they would fix the issue. Unfortunately, neither of them did. It was later discovered that the issue was the light fixtures were allowing water into the fixture and shorting out the board. I sent pictures of all of this, including close-ups of the resistors being burned, and all of this was documented in emails.

After no response to my last email, I decided to call and speak to someone at GoRECON. I spoke to a gentleman who later identified himself as the owner. I asked him to please send replacement lights being that the ones I had have a manufacturing defect that allowed water inside the fixture which shorted out the board. The owner then told me he would not replace the lights because, at this point, they were out of warranty. I was shocked! I replied that this issue was reported well within the warranty (as documented in emails). He then got very rude and unconcerned. He then told me all he would do is offer me a discount to buy a new set! I couldn't believe it!

This company has zero integrity. I would not recommend anyone to buy or sell their products. It's a shame that a company would treat their customers this way. I hope that others will read this review and think twice before dealing with GoRECON.

purchased the smoked headlights for my 2021 Silverado Custom and purchased the optional LED light bulbs. After 1 year one bulb flickers and the other one is noisy with a bad fan. They sent a replacement for the flickering bulb a week later I noticed tho other bulb is noisy bad fan and overheated they cannot sent me another they want to sell me another set the bulbs were $600.00 dollars the headlights are well made but do not buy the bulbs they both failed in a year. I even paid shipping on the first return. Beware with this company I'm starting to see a lot of bad reviews
