Great agency, great staff! I know mom is in good hands!

I feel this is a great agency. THE WORKERS ARE CLEAN PLEASANT AND EAGER TO PLEASE.

I like the service offered to me, but I wish they had more staff to cover when needed.

Do not like this agency or the man that runs it, Isaac. The aide barely showed up or did her duties. Isaac would leave me nasty voice messages very unprofessional.

Professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure they found the perfect personal caregiver for my father. The caregiver takes great care of my father keeps everything nice and clean and will go out of her way to help him. I would definitely recommend Good Shepherd.

Considering today's depleted workforce, especially in this industry, we were very happy with the end result in a search for the right caregiver for my mom. We knew she was the right one from our very first meeting with her. She is a very caring,gentle, sincere and genuine person. Communications with Isaac were very prompt and informative.

Isaac handled my brother Michael's needs so professionally. He provided my brother with Jidi and Joseph. Jidi is so nice & a good working person. They are 2 very energetic, polite, cooperative & respectful assistants. My brother Michael is so happy to have them! His sister and his mom are so happy to have found them through his CT Services. Good Shepherd Homecare has done a wonderful job caring for my mom? we've had other agencies but this one is by far the best. If we need to change something or have any questions, Issac always gets back to me the same day. Issac is very easy to talk to, he's a lovely man and treats you like a valuable client. Issac has never disappointed me. He is professional and always gets the job done. I've come to rely on him with help with my mom. There's a girl there everyday with my mom and typically the same two girls that my mom really likes and they do an excellent job managing all the tasks, are dependable, and are wonderful company for mom, and my mom is quite fond of the girls, she looks forward to seeing them. Both my mom and myself think that Good Shepherd Homecare is an amazing agency and feel lucky and grateful that we found them.

Used the service for a little while, and while most of the time the service was good there were a few times major issues showed up that risked the health of the patient. The positives are aides are friendly, responsive, generally seem to care for patient while there, and the owner is quick to respond to requests/issues. Negatives are service levels seemed to drop over time as aides were there longer term and cleanliness of both the apartment and the patient dropped over time. Reason for the largely negative overall rating (and why the agency was ultimately terminated) was aides were repeatedly found to not be with my father when they should be (which is a big deal with him as he is reliant on them for day to day functioning). We turned over multiple aides and the same pattern kept repeating as the owner did not have an adequate way of ensuring the aides were at the job when they should be (these issues were uncovered by others). All this ultimately responded in the patient having to go to the hospital on multiple occasions.
