GoodNovel & Books Web Novels review: Deleted all the books I purchased from Jessica hall

I'am very angry that you had the nerve to remove all the books I brought off the author Jessica Hall on your site that cost me a fortune as your site charges are extortionate amount of money to read the you taking other authors books from me as well and if I don't get a full refund into my account I paid you with or all Jessica Hall books returned ASAP as i will have to buy them again elsewhere because of you stealing them from me and i will be contacting the fraud department as you have taken my money which I paid for goods that you have taken upon yourself to take back without refunding me which basically means you stole my money so I will not be buying from site anymore if this does not get sorted even though Jessica Hall no longer has a contract with you she has given permission for everyone to keep all the books they have purchased and I'am attaching the email from Goodnovel to Jessica Hall reply so you cannot say she told you to take them from my library so I suggest you either refund me or return all her books to me and if I don't hear back I will escalate this issue further and also let everyone know how you steal from your customers as this is disgusting how you treat your customers and think you can get away with
