I've used GolfNow to book tee times for many years. I've never had a GolfPass membership. However, my credit card has been charged annually since 2023.
I have correctly submitted charge disputes each year using the link that was provided by GolfNow support. I'm always told that a solution team supervisor will be in contact within 5-7 business days, but never hear from anyone.
Furthermore, when I follow-up by phone, I'm told it will be escalated and I will hear back from someone within 24hrs. Again, I hear back from nobody.
I warn other customers to review your credit card statements carefully even if you think you have canceled or never signed up for a GolfPass membership.
It is clearly not a priority to them to return money that was incorrectly charged.
Desired outcome: Refund of $277 for three years of incorrect charges for an annual GolfPass membership.
