I paid for my package, but my debit info changed
I paid for my package, but my debit info changed. I tried to update it on their website, but couldn't find where to do it. I called and emailed today to get a refund, but they said it's past the 30-day refund period. They didn't even reach out about the other payments, they just took what they wanted and did nothing. I just want my refund, plain and simple!

Date when I paid: 10/20 Date when I asked for my money back: 10/20 Reason for wanting my money back: I didn't mean to buy it https://goldenkey.org/help/is-there-a-refund-policy-for-membership-fee Thing I bought: Lifetime membership ($95) and GK Lapel Pin ($16) + Shipping ($5.99) Total: $116.99 According to their site: Order #XXXXXX was made on October 21 and is still being processed.

Golden Key billed me for an order, cancelled the order without my authorization, and now refuses to speak with me about why they took my money. I ordered a replacement membership certificate. Several days later, I checked the status of the order and saw it was cancelled even though I never cancelled it. I logged in to my online bank account and saw where Golden Key had billed me via the debit card I provided, despite cancelling the order. I contacted customer service and provided them a .pdf of the bank statement showing their charge. She provided it to a supervisor and promised he/she would contact me that same day. Two days later I recontacted the customer service agent because no one had contacted me. She cc'd me on an email sent to three additional people, asking them to look into it and verifying I had provided proof of having been billed. None of the three involved will return my phone calls or emails. This is clearly either poor practice (at best) or fraud (at worst).
