Gold Medal Service review: Crooks

BEWARE - this company will rip you off before your very eyes. We needed a new part that cost $300. My husband looked it up right in front of the technician...he wanted to charge us $2800. We negotiated it down. But the new part was never installed properly. We only know that because someone else looked at it. Our AC is still not working. Although we sent a complaint...Gold medal never responded to our case #. We asked them to come back and fix their original work...they sent the same technician who then said it'll cost an additional $2600...and he didn't even look in the attic. Worst company ever. Will call again tomorrow...see why they never responded to our complaint...and then will call the BBB and reverse the credit card charge.
